Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices, product specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that:

• Contain pricing or product information errors.
• Appear fraudulent or unauthorized.
• Violate any of these terms or applicable law.

An order is considered accepted only once we have confirmed it in writing (email) and received payment.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before production begins. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and approved payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Artwork & Proofs

You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, or designs you submit:

• Are owned by you or properly licensed for the use intended.
• Do not infringe any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Are provided in the file format and resolution we request.

We will send you a digital proof for approval before production starts. By approving the proof, you confirm that all spelling, layout, colors, sizing, and content are correct. We are not responsible for errors in approved proofs.

Production & Turnaround

Standard production time is 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush options are available at additional cost. Production timelines exclude weekends, public holidays, and shipping transit time.

Delays caused by you (slow proof approval, artwork revisions, payment issues) extend the timeline accordingly. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or force-majeure events are outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photos, designs, logos, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.

When you submit artwork to us, you retain ownership of your artwork but grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of producing your order.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability

We warrant that products will be free from manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Legal Compliance & Regulated Products

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of our products complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including:

• Cannabis, hemp, and CBD labeling and packaging laws.
• Food, supplement, and FDA packaging requirements.
• Child-resistance standards (ASTM, CPSC).
• Truth-in-advertising and consumer protection laws.

We do not provide legal advice and are not responsible for compliance failures. Consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. payment, intellectual property, warranty, liability) will continue to apply.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
