Order Tracking

Every order includes full end-to-end tracking from our facility to your door. Here's exactly how tracking works:

Order Confirmation Email

Immediately after payment, you receive an order confirmation email with your order number (CMB-XXXXX) and a summary of your order details.

Proof Email

Within 24–48 hours, you receive your digital proof by email. Your production clock starts the moment you reply with your approval.

Dispatch Notification

The moment your order leaves our facility, you receive an automated dispatch email containing your carrier name and full tracking number.

Live Tracking

Use the tracking number to follow your shipment in real time on the carrier's website. Most carriers also offer text and email delivery notifications.

Delivery Confirmation

Once delivered, you'll receive a final delivery confirmation email. If you haven't received your order and tracking shows delivered, contact us within 48 hours.

📧 Check Your Spam Folder

Tracking and dispatch emails occasionally land in spam or promotions folders. If you haven't received your tracking number within 24 hours of your expected dispatch date, check your spam folder first — then contact us at support@custommylarbags.shop.

Large & Bulk Orders

Orders over 10,000 units or orders with a total weight exceeding 150 lbs may ship via freight carrier rather than standard parcel delivery. This is still completely free — we cover the freight cost in full.

  • Orders over 10,000 units ship via freight — delivery to loading dock or ground level only
  • Liftgate service available on request for locations without a loading dock (free of charge)
  • Freight deliveries require someone present to receive and sign — appointment scheduling available
  • Freight transit times are 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination
  • Pallet orders are fully shrink-wrapped and secured for transit protection

Missing or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your shipment is lost in transit, here is what we do:

  • If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation immediately.
  • If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, we will reprint and reship your entire order at no cost.
  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement.
  • All shipments are insured. You will never be out of pocket for a lost shipment.

We insure 100% of shipments at full replacement value. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we bear the full cost of replacement. You will never be charged again for a reshipped order due to carrier error.

Delivery Address & Changes

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Address errors are one of the most common causes of shipping delays.

  • We ship to residential and commercial addresses — no P.O. Boxes for freight orders
  • Address changes must be requested before dispatch — we cannot reroute packages once they have shipped
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you provided, reshipment will incur a carrier fee
  • To change your shipping address, email support@custommylarbags.shop immediately with your order number
